Want to make sure you have the right ingredients for the meals your trainer has assigned you? Here's how to view your diet so you do the necessary preparations.
To view your upcoming diets, click on the Diets button on the top of your screen. Next, a pull-down menu will appear and you must click Diets on the pull-down menu to continue. (See image below.)
After this is done, you will now be able to view all of your upcoming diets. To view all diets, simply click the View All Diets button that is outlined in blue.
If your personal trainer gives you permission, you can add your own diet by clicking the Add Diet button.
