Here's how to quickly check your diet history.
Tip: If you're going to be using this as a reference in the future, make sure all the details you record under your diets are complete and accurate (yes, even cheat meals). This way you can guarantee an accurate picture for when you do reference you diet data in FitSW.
If you are a client reading this and you aren't able to input your diet details, ask your trainer to give you the right permissions to do so in the app.
To view your diet, click the “hamburger icon,” and click the Diets.
You will now be able to view all of the diets that either you (if your personal trainer has given you the necessary permissions) or your personal trainer has made for you. If you would like to see more details about a specific diet or meal plan, simply click on the one you want to see more information for.
