Viewing your upcoming workouts that your personal trainer has created is easy and will only take a few seconds!
To view upcoming workouts that your personal trainer has created for, you must first click on the Workouts button on the top left portion of your screen. A pull-down menu will appear, you must then click on Workouts. (See image below.)
You will then be brought to a screen that will show you all of your upcoming workouts. If your trainer has granted you permission, you can also Add Workouts from this screen as well.
