To create a workout, start by clicking the Workouts button on the bottom of your screen. (See image below.)
Next choose the client you wish to create a workout for. You can also choose the My Favorites (your favorite workouts) or the All Clients (make a workout for all of your clients). After you choose the client, click the + in the top right area of your screen. (See image below.)
Next, add the information you would like the workout to contain. This includes the name of the workout, the date / time, the frequency of the workout, and all of the exercises that you would like the workout to contain. Once you have entered all of the information, click Add in the top right portion of your screen.
