This guide is designed for personal trainers. Clients will not be receiving any payments to their bank accounts, thus cannot change where they receive money. If you are a client viewing this guide, please refer to the guides on payments for clients.
To update or edit which bank account you are receiving your clients payments to, click the Payments button on the top of your screen. (See image below.)
Once you are on the Payments screen, you will see the following message: "
Your clients can make a payment one of two ways:
- 1) Going to your public Trainer Page (https://www.fitsw.com/fitnessfirst), there is a payment area at the bottom of the page.
- 2) Logging in to FitSW.com with their account and going to their Payments tab.
Click the View Payments Dashboard button to continue. (See image below.)
You will then be redirected to Stripe's website (the company that we use online payment processing for). Click the blue EDIT button next to your bank account number. (See image below.)
Once you click the EDIT button, you will be taken to a new screen where you will enter your new routing and account number for the bank account you would like to receive your clients payments from. After this, click the Save button.
Congratulations! You have now successfully changed the bank account you receive client payments at!
