To request an appointment with your personal trainer or fitness coach, click on the Schedule button on the top portion of your screen. (See image below.)
Once you have reached the Schedule page, it is very easy to request an appointment with your personal trainer. However, this is not a guaranteed appointment. Your trainer can either approve or deny the appointment.
To request an appointment, double click on the on the calendar (it does not matter where you double click, as you will be able to set the date and time within the next screen). A new screen will appear on your screen. (See image below.)
This new screen is where you will enter all of the details of the appointment you are requesting. Enter the title of the appointment, a description, a reminder, and the date/time that you would like to have a personal training session with your trainer. After you have requested your appointment, click the blue box with the word Save in it. You will now be able to see your appointment on the calendar. However, your personal trainer must approve your request in order for that appointment to stay at the time/date. Only your fitness coach can create definitive appointments that will stick.
